Advanced Cleaning Concepts offers a five (5) year limited warranty that includes:

• Free service calls on spots or spills, providing they are within the terms of the warranty.
• Re-application of protection to all heavily used areas of carpet or upholstery at no cost after each scheduled full cleaning of previously treated items.
• Excluded from protection warranty are:  urine, feces, and vomit.  These problem spots warrant a nominal service call fee.
